Another month, another live show from the UCB Theatre in Los Angeles. Joining Marc are podcast titan Jimmy Pardo (fresh off the final episode of The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien), Curb Your Enthusiasm's Jeff Garlin and, on the ukulele, the phenomenally talented Kate Micucci. Plus, the calming presence of Eddie Pepitone. Taped 1/22/10.

Marc, Eddie Pepitone NEVER fails to deliver a great performance!!! I was introduced to his comedy through you and \"WTF\", and his guest appearances are almost invariably the best!!! Thanks again for such a consistently entertaining program!

Great ep. Marc was right on and Eddie nailed it. I could hear Eddie go on for an hour but I\'d probably pass out from laughing. Only thing missing was Jim.

    Marc,

Just wondering what type (make/model) of microphones you are using for the live show and/or studio (garage) interviews.

    Thanks,

Jeff Garlin was another regular Conan guest, that I never really \"clicked\" with, while watching. That being said, the sparring between Jeff G and Marc was excellent... I started seeing a side to Jeff that was funny. \"You wanna know why I don\'t do f*cking podcast? Because I\'m married. I have a life. A career. I\'m rich. I\'m too fucking busy to do a podcast. THAT\'S why.\" ... I have to say I was laughing out loud listening to this. Maron and Pepitone are so funny, because they\'re so self effacing. Good shit.

There is no hate towards Garlin. It\'s just that the fat bastard ain\'t really funny.

    That surely makes him brilliant.

Don\'t understand the Garlin hate. He and Marc played off each other so well. I guess he\'s smart but not brilliant?

Does Jeff Garlin EVER shut up?

Is it me, or is Jeff Garlin one of the least funny comics around? Why is he successful? Somebody please explain...

Was the fight real? I thought Garlin was not very funny and pretty much did not come off well. Show was amazing though ... first time ever where Jimmy P. doesn\'t say much.

Holy shit marc, I don\\\'t know if you read these but this episode was absolutely fucking awesome.

Why can\\\'t this kind of podcast be made into a TV Show?

Another great show, Eddie Pepitone was on fire (I hope I\'m not that crazy & loud yet with my 2 cats in my life). The rest of your guests were great also. I really like these live shows a lot to add to the mix. Also putting it up really early is nice since I\'m a night owl.
