The Divine Ms. G returns to debate the finer points of art, childbirth and ice cream. Also, it's another highly Semitic installment of No This Crap About Jew Stuff. Plus, Marc crowns a new champion of WTF Moments, courtesy of one particular listener.

I see that David Feldman is on Twitter and you follow him and vice versa. I think there\'s potential for a laugh riot if you did a podcast with him.

Once Janeane\'s halfway through the encyclopedia, I\'d love to see her on a podcast with Dennis Miller debating extemporaneously dropping word bombs

I thought fasting signaled to your body that it was starving, triggering the storage of more fat and the destruction of muscle tone, and then binging all at once shocks your body with too many calories at once that then get more easily stored as fat?

Ah, dieting. So many voices all shouting the opposite things.

    Simply Amazing.

This should be required listen for couples.

Janeane, have you ever considered offering up your advice professionally?

Tara Banks needs to be replaced by Mean Green Janeane.

Also, the Janeane eating plan is actually very effective eating lifestyle. Her plan can be considered the Fast-5 Diet/Lifestyle. You simply extend your typical 8-hours fasting (when you sleep) to a 19-hour fast. After 19 hours (around 5pm or so) you can then eat anything you want in a 5 hour time block (5pm - 10pm). Sure, during the adjustment period, you will go on an eating binge. But as time goes on, you will start to only eat what you need. By using this method, you force your body to sustain itself on your stored reserves during the 19-hour fast. Such an approach does wonders for your insulin levels and hormone balance.

This was yet another excellent program, Marc; and I couldn\'t agree more with your assessment of Janeane Garofalo. She has never been funnier, and her rare candor, much like your own, is insightful and refreshing. THANK YOU both, and Happy Thanksgiving.
