A couple years ago I went to a comedy club in Cleveland, Ohio and saw a comedian that told a joke about a Chinese Fire Drill. It was one of the funniest jokes I have heard and I could not remember who told it. Well, at the 1:12 mark of the Ryan Stout Pod Cast he mentioned the joke and now I know.. Consider this episode a public service. Thanks and keep up the great work!!!

So glad you had Ryan on! I saw him do stand-up on Comedy Central years ago and LOVED his style but days later could only remember his first name when I tried to look him up. A few minutes into the interview I went - "Wait, he wears a suit? Is this THAT Ryan?" And it was, and now I'm going to buy his new album, so thank you for that.

Marc, I really appreciated how you steered Ryan into the larger political implications of his (g)Libertarianism, particularly when Ryan indulged himself in that "you work for twenty years at a job you didn't want and then you gripe because you lose that job" nonsense.

I know WTF isn't a political podcast, and I'm not expecting you to turn it into one, but listening to Episode #1 again, where you were still working that angle a good bit more (it was a little weird to hear you talking about healthcare policy-wonk stuff as you were tearing Whole Foods a new one) and yeah--it would be nice to hear some more of this, more often.

I don't comment often, but I am barely 7mins into this episode and feel compelled... You are too funny with this sudden inability to speak fluidly while discussing your baby fear and the fall of your firewall. :-)

It is a big decision (one I personally didn't get to make, but am pleased nonetheless with my beautiful daughter)... I wish the two of you deepest blessings either way. My only advice right now: Breathe. ;-)
