You know Brian Posehn from Mr. Show, Just Shoot Me, The Comedians of Comedy, The Sarah Silverman Program and many movie and television roles. Marc knew him as a long-haired, wild-eyed comedy neophyte in San Francisco. Brian sits down with Marc in the garage to talk about how he got from there to here. This episode is sponsored by AdamandEve.com - click here for a special offer.

WTF is up with charging for a sponsored episode? AdamEve.com already paid for it, why do I have to?

One of the very best WTF episodes so far, Posehn has a lot of insight. Great comic he is, too. Thanks for this!

Marc, I agree with the others, you need to get Les Claypool on the show.

You are both entirely correct with your assessment of Sacramento. There are people working to improve on it, but they cater more toward the folks they can charge for classes and workshops and less toward touring performers so headliners are still pretty much locked into one of two dreary "Comedy Rooms" unless they work out a deal with a theater or a hall.

@Doug: A cliche or stereotype is reality when applied to a general population. It is a descriptor of the generalized behavior of the a loosely defined whole group of individuals. It becomes irreality when individuals are examined closely as human beings represent a very complex system of inputs, outputs, and biochemical curiosities.

Great episode. Les Claypool interview must happen.

I was just at a casino last friday. and all that I saw was obese people and old folks with oxygen tanks. when does a cliche become a reality?
