Patton Oswalt and Marc explore their frenemy relationship in the cozy confines of Marc's garage. They'll talk about what Patton plans to do during the pending apocalypse, how he became a trusted script-doctor in Hollywood, and why an act of joke theft led to a strong disagreement between the two of them.

It took my 27-year-old son to hep me to the fact that this existed. I've been producing radio since 1976 and have never heard a better conversation, interviewer, or guest. Now I know.

This American Life did a whole "Frenemy" episode last year...that officially makes it too lame to mention.

"Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer."

    That's Sun-tzu talking about frenemies.

Sorry stash that not everyone is the cutting edge trendsetter that you are. Frenemy was always a lame word & I think that Marc & Brendan know that.

WTF gets the best guests on the show. Henry Rollins & Patton Oswalt on in one week is just fantastic!

LOVED this episode! I loved in the first episodes when you talked about movies, I think you should do that more often... One of the best episodes, Marc, you and Patton rock!

Loved the show Marc, although the content of this one was slightly more about you than your guest. I couldn't help but notice you talked over and interrupted Patton several times during the interview - he sounded like he was about to start saying something interesting and you’d cut him off. It happened enough times for it to get annoying. It sounded like your competitive streak was rearing its ugly head on this episode dude . . . . you got so worked up you even said the word ‘Cunt’. Priceless!
