The guy who plays Star-Burns on "Community" is actually a driving force behind some of the biggest comedy landmarks of the past two decades. Dino Stamatopoulos talks with Marc about his work on The Ben Stiller Show, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Mr. Show, TV Funhouse, Moral Orel, and Drinky Crow. And he has some good stories about a dominatrix.

Cody: Thank you. I was thinking the same thing. Iggy had a brilliant recurring cameo on Pete & Pete. He played a sort of of dour Bing Crosby type suburbanite. Amazing. Also, Toby Huss is a God.

I know Dino didn't believe Iggy's agent when he said he had already played a role like the one Dino was offering, but he wasn't lying. Iggy was the father of Michelle Trachtenbergs character in the adventures of pete and pete. Also, the same show Toby Huss played Artie:the strongest man in the world on.

Was laughing to myself listening until Dino said, "The first day I met her, she burnt my cock." *Blurt laugh.* Very interesting interview -- and funny. As a kid, my best friend was Greek, and when I complimented her brother and sister-in-law on how cute their baby was, my friend made some hand gesture (flicking her fingers) and made "Pfft! Pfft!" sounds to prevent the EVIL EYE! She said that going on and on like that attracts the jealous gods' (god's?) attention. Was she talking about Zeus? I didn't ask. But that might explain Dino's discomfort with praise.

Great show, but you should start filming the episodes. Rogan and Kevin Smith are doing it and it makes the show that much better. Get on board!

Reading your rant was a waste of time Vince. Seriously can't believe people complain about listening to a free podcast.

I guess I am in the minority but I really felt like this was a waste of an hour, no disrespect to Marc. The problem wasn't Marc, it was Dino. For a guy that has worked or been around Conan, Dave and Louis CK, I felt Dino was utterly devoid of anything remotely interesting to say. I would dare say that Marc felt the same way as I believe he felt like there was some greatness in Dino just waiting to be explored. However, every single story that Dino stated fell flat. And I was hoping to hear more about the backstage antics of Community but that was glossed over as well. So at the end of the day, I just listened to a one-hour interview with a third-rate character on a sitcom. Leonard or Magnitude would have been more interesting. You did the best you could Marc with this guy. Rant over.

Also really enjoyed this one, Dino is a hilarious guy and Maron's opening remarks get funnier with every episode.

I have a point of dissent as well. It seemed like alcoholism was a bit of an elephant in the room in this conversation. I don't have strong feelings one way or the other about the issue itself, but I do like to think of WTF as a place where no elephant is left unspoken, so I was a little disappointed that Maron seemed content to skirt around it.

. . . . . Well, this episode sucked - only joking - it was BRILLIANT! (this is in reference to GM's sarcasm - i never expected flack for singing WTF's praises - if i was constantly slagging it off i could understand it . . . . . )
